Sterling EHS Consulting will perform your assessment with professionalism and complete discretion and will prepare your report of findings in general accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (ASTM Designation E 1527-05) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Standard for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (CSA Z768-01). A typical site assessment includes a site reconnaissance as well as research and interviews with site owners, property management and regulatory agencies. Your assessment will provide you with an independent, professional opinion about the environmental condition of the property that will satisfy your legal requirements and any financial institution.
